What I'm Looking For

I am Jake Elich, founder of Galvanized Equity, and I am searching for one healthcare business. Not a portfolio, not a fund, one. The kind of business where the owner has spent years building a meaningful organization: a team that trusts them, patients who count on them, and a reputation earned through hard work and genuine care.

If you are starting to think about what comes next, like retirement, a change of pace, or simply passing the torch to someone who will honor what you've built, I would love to have that conversation. I am not in a hurry to close a deal. I am looking for a business that has a legacy that I can steward and grow upon into the next chapter.

I am not a private equity firm. There are no partners to answer to, no investors pushing for a quick exit. It will just be me: personally accountable for every decision from day one and dedicated to empowering your employees, serving your customers, and contributing to the community.

I have spent my career in healthcare professional services. Armed With healthcare knowledge across a variety of sectors and functional areas, I am ready to take on my next chapter with a clear purpose: find one great healthcare business, acquire it, and spend the next decade and beyond making it even better.

Beyond my professional path, I am married to my wonderful wife Liz, whom I met in 2011, and am the father to a rambunctious little boy who has a zeal for life that energizes me every day. We live in Queens, NY (but will be ready to move!) with our dog, an ever-expanding library, and my suite of instruments that inpsire my creativity in all facets of life.
